Privacy
LOBO Creative, 53 Elizabeth St #6B, New York, NY 10013, is the controller of the personal data described here. Write to us about any of it at privacy@lobocreative.com.
No analytics, no advertising pixels, nothing that follows you anywhere else.
Except in the United States. For visitors there we use Apollo, a business intelligence service, to see which organisations are looking at our work and, where Apollo can match them, which people at those organisations. Your IP address and the pages you viewed are shared with Apollo, who may combine them with their own data to identify you or your employer, and who act as a separate controller of that data. It does not run anywhere else: the check happens on our server before anything loads. Our interest in knowing who is interested in us is the basis for it, and you can object at any time, either by writing to us or with the button below.
If you write to us. Your name, email and message, so we can reply and, if it becomes a project, work with you. We keep it while the conversation is live and remove it once it is clear nothing will come of it. Wanting to answer you is our basis for holding it.
Your settings. Light or dark, and which arrangement of the work you last saw. These stay in your browser and are never sent to us.
Server logs. Vercel, our host, keeps standard logs including IP address, to keep the site running and secure. Films are served by Slate over a content delivery network, and a few press images load from the publications that wrote the articles, so opening those pages means a request to them.
The maps. The contact page shows where our three studios are, drawn by Google Maps. That embed loads with the page and Google may set its own cookies. Nothing else on the site loads it.
We are in New York and the services above are in the United States, so your data may be handled outside the country you are in. Ask us and we will explain how those transfers are covered.
Ask us for a copy of what we hold, or to correct it, delete it, restrict it, port it, or object to how we use it. Write to privacy@lobocreative.com and we will action it.
If you think we have handled your data badly, please tell us first. You can also complain to your national data protection authority, the Information Commissioner’s Office in the United Kingdom, or the ANPD in Brazil. We make no automated decisions about you.
You can also stop it yourself. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal we treat that as an opt out and nothing loads, and any standard content blocker will stop it too.
Postal addresses are on the contact page. Last updated 31 August 2026.
